Meet our Pastor, Rev. Christopher Wallace, who prefers to be called “Father Chris.” Many of the initiatives he has prioritized as a pastor are to help our parish become a stronger community so that we may understand, engage with, and meet the needs of everyone God has placed in our lives, whether or not they are currently active members of our parish, whether or not they are Catholic, or Christian, or of any faith or no faith. Fr. Chris encourages each parishioner to establish daily habits of prayer and contemplation, as well as commitment to liturgical worship and participation. He asks that each of us prayerfully consider getting more involved in community activities and ministries to share time and talents, and to participate in the New Evangelization.
Talk with Fr. Chris after Mass or at a parish event, or any time call 978-372-7721 or email with questions or to set up time to meet one-on-one.
Fr. Chris was installed as pastor for All Saints Parish in June, 2018. He lives in the parish rectory building across the parking lot from our church. He shares the upper floor residence with two retired priests. Here is a little of his biography and background:
Father Chris Wallace was born in Methuen and attended local schools. His home parish was Our Lady of Good Counsel. He graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover, then completed seminary studies at St. John’s in Brighton, Massachusetts.
