Give Feedback: Attend a Fireside Chat

Several parishioners have agreed to host “Fireside Chat” listening sessions during the next few weeks. The purpose is to gather feedback from as many parishioners as possible, so that our parish can plan for the future based on the actual needs and areas of concern.

Hosting a Fireside Chat? Here is what you need to know…

Whether you are a longtime parishioner or brand-new to our parish, whether you have been very active, sort of active, or inactive — EVERYONE is invited and encouraged to participate.

The feedback sessions are not intended as a setting to solve problems or address grievances. Nor are they limited to positive feedback. No matter what your perspective, life experience, or point of view, the Fireside Chat will be a forum for you to give feedback.

The format is for a parishioner to host a group of 7 to 10 adults, either in the host’s home or in another gathering place such as a coffee shop. After an initial period of introduction and enjoying light refreshments, the participants will spend about an hour taking turns providing answers to a brief list of questions. The host will document everyone’s feedback in a written report that will list attendees and summarize the feedback received.

If you would like to host a Fireside Chat, please contact the parish office, 978-372-7721, or email

If you would like to attend a Fireside Chat, please call the parish office or let the greeter know when you come to Mass. The greeters will be able to direct you to the parishioners at your Mass who have agreed to host Fireside Chats, and we will as a group work to make sure everyone who wants to attend will be able to do so.

Look for more details in the bulletin and in the announcements before Mass.
