Disciples in Mission: Forming Leaders (Feb 26-27, 6-9 pm, Sacred Hearts)
February 26 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Is God calling you to become more involved? This two-evening workshop, Tuesday Feb 26 and Wed. Feb 27, from 6 to 9 p.m. both evenings, is available at no cost to those in our parish who would like to participate. It is designed to support all in the parish community in discerning and developing their particular calls to lead within their personal, family, community, parish, and collaborative lives.
During the session, participants will begin to discover their unique calls to lead and learn skills needed to be effective. This dynamic workshop includes a mixture of group activities, individual reflection, prayer, and conversation.
Sign up online — it only takes a few minutes. (If you have any difficulty completing the form, call the parish office for assistance.)
Let Fr. Chris know you are planning to attend. Please encourage others to sign up who may be interested. (If you need help with transportation call the parish office before Feb 24 and we can try to arrange car-pooling.)
The 2-evening workshop includes time together in prayer, as well as a meal.
Sign up at https://disciplesinmission.com/formingleaders. When you sign up please note the registration form will ask whether you are part of “RCAB” – that is an abbreviation for Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston, and the answer is “yes.” Another part of the registration form asks to know your role – it has a long list of ministry, staff, and clergy roles, including “parishioner” — which is the role most of us parishioners would be, if we are not priests, deacons, parish staff, catechists, RCIA coordinators, or members of a parish council. Please note that the workshop requires attending both evenings.
Our main point of contact for this event is Rosemary Maffei. Rosemary is the Evangelization Consultant assigned by the Archdiocese of Boston to assist the Haverhill area collaboratives including All Saints.
